Development Phases
Phase Three
The Skyline Grows.
Office. Dining. Community. Mansa Park expands its reach.
Convention expansion, office towers, housing, entertainment, a Hilton Express hotel, and a new stadium — completing the full vision of Mansa Park.
Convention Expansion
Phase Three significantly expands Mansa Park's convention and meeting capabilities — adding dedicated large-format event space, flexible ballroom configurations, and breakout facilities that position the campus as one of the Southeast's premier destinations for regional and national conventions, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.
Office Towers
Class A office towers rise in Phase Three — two 14-story towers totaling 682,122 square feet (Buildings 1 and 2), plus additional 3-story and 8-story office buildings bringing total office space to 815,156 square feet. These towers attract regional and national employers to South Fulton, creating thousands of high-quality permanent jobs and a true live-work environment.
Housing
Phase Three delivers 1,526 total residential units across two major buildings — a 12-story condominium tower (Building 4) with 494 units at 740,913 square feet, and a 17-story apartment tower (Building 11) with 1,032 units at 1,138,806 square feet — expanding the range of ownership and rental options available at Mansa Park.
Entertainment
Phase Three brings entertainment venues and experiences to Mansa Park — creating destinations that draw visitors from across Metro Atlanta and beyond, activating the campus after hours and on weekends, and generating sustained economic activity for the entire development.
Hilton Express — 168 Rooms, 9 Stories
Phase Three completes the three-hotel campus with a Hilton Express — Building 9, 9 stories and 168 rooms at 84,215 square feet — providing accessible, high-quality select-service accommodations that broaden the campus's appeal to a wider range of travelers and further strengthen Mansa Park's position as a regional hospitality destination.
New Stadium
Phase Three includes a new stadium as the signature landmark of Mansa Park — a world-class venue for sports, concerts, and major events that puts South Fulton on the regional and national map. Ownership structure and operational details are still being finalized. The stadium is designed to drive hotel occupancy, retail spend, and economic activity across the entire campus.
