Our Commitments

Built to Protect the People Already Here

Community Impact Fund

A dedicated fund established to reinvest directly into South Fulton neighborhoods — supporting local programs, infrastructure improvements, and community initiatives as the development grows.

Property Tax Relief Initiative

A property tax relief program designed to protect existing homeowners — especially seniors on fixed incomes — from displacement caused by rising property values.

Workforce Housing Component

A meaningful percentage of residential units will be designated workforce housing, with priority given to existing South Fulton residents. Details on unit counts, income thresholds, and local preference policies will be presented at upcoming public meetings.

Community Shuttle & Traffic Management

A shuttle transportation component has been incorporated into the project plan to ensure seniors and residents with limited mobility can fully access and enjoy the development. The shuttle system also serves the broader community by reducing individual vehicle trips to and from the campus — a strategy that was carefully studied and documented in the project's traffic report, which was developed with the goal of minimizing congestion and protecting the quality of life for surrounding neighborhoods.

Grocery & Everyday Services

A grocery component is planned within the Mansa Park program — alongside everyday services that seniors and families rely on — ensuring the development serves existing residents, not just newcomers.

Neighborhood Beautification

Beyond the development footprint, the project includes city-wide beautification efforts: holiday lighting, park renovations, public gathering spaces, and corridor improvements that benefit the entire community.

Public Safety Infrastructure

The master plan includes earmarked space for a potential police substation, proximity to a planned fire station, and a site design built around walkable streets, lighting, clear sightlines, and connected public spaces — all intended to support a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
